Nathan M. Hodges
Nathan is a general practice attorney, representing Cities, California Special Districts, businesses and individuals in a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters.
​
Nathan was born and raised in northern California.
​
In 2008, he received a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from California State University Bakersfield, where he also earned All-American honors for wrestling. In 2011, Nathan received his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he earned concentrations in Business Law and Tax Law as well as the Witkin's award in Insurance Law. Based on Nathan's achievements in Law School, he became a member of the Traynor Honor Society, named in honor of the late Honorable Roger J. Traynor, former Chief Justice of the California Supreme Court.
When Nathan is not busy at work or volunteering in the community, he enjoys spending time cycling and with his son.
Nathan is a member of the Kern County Bar Association.

Kelly A. Francisco
Kelly acts as "Of Counsel" to the Hodges Law Group, with a principal practice focusing primarily on acting as a business adviser, handling business, and real estate transactions and civil litigation.
​
Kelly lived in Germany for six years.
​
Kelly graduated with honors from the University of California, Riverside, in 1975. In 1978, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
Over the last 37 years, Kelly has focused on advising business clients, preparing contracts, resolving family disputes, representing Special Districts of the State of California, and litigating civil matters.

Kelly enjoys spending time with his wife and is an avid art collector.
​
Kelly is a member of the Kern County Bar Association and the Kern Chapter of Sons of the American Revolution.
